I will try to make a start on this as I drink my coffee before heading off to church.
Don't panic. I guess we've all been there to varying extents.
Fear is a massive weapon of the enemy. I was once in an early morning prayer session and one guy says that someone was going into a difficult meeting today. Me, says I. So the guys prayed. When I got to the meeting it was like a shed load of fear was dumped on me. I could taste it but I was prepared. He who is in us is mightier than he who walks this earth. Kept going through helpful scriptures, overcomers, we are the head and not the tail, etc and binding and loosing. In a couple of minutes it was gone. I was so confident, coz I knew I was right and that this was a failed attack which it ended up being. Get in the word. You have power and authority through Jesus Christ who is the King of kings. Another associated favourite is to get your mind in a re-run loop going over the same negative thing and worst outcomes. Same stuff works. Get the armor of God on every day and keep going to God. Personally, I find praise and thanks giving works well at such times. There is always so much to be grateful. What does it benefit us to worry? Condsider the birds and the lillies.
Well there are all kinds of ways we can be attacked but in short, when God is with us who can stand against us.
Some things that help in no particular order-
Pray and prayer from others. Get a chain going. Saints shields!
Put on the armor of God [Eph 6]. Check D Prince teaching on this.
Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance, roots, etc.
Use the Blue Letter Bible to locate scriptures that zero in and get in the word.
There is a very nice lady who has done a Bible Promises series and other helpful vids - get stuck into them.
Remember we are fighting from victory. We fight not against flesh and blood. Bless the people who attack you. They are also victims and bind the demons.
Take strength from the fact that satan attacks those who are doing God's will and get into praying into scriptures on this - those persecuted for Christ's sake are blessed.
Commit before God to being a warrior for Christ. God has a lot of stuff to show you and teach you.
The enemy can only do what God allows. God will not desert you. Things will not always work out the way you think. God is much smarter than us.
Get right with God. Get closer to God. The blood of Jesus Christ, our LORD and Savior paid the full price. Declare this, accept it, soak in it.
Protect your family, health, finances, friends, property, vehicles, pets, jobs etc. under a shield of prayer.
If you are thinking this is not rational, you are right. It is supernatural and more real that the 'real' world we think we live in. If you can accept that God created the world, sent His Son who died, was resurrected and ascended into heaven you accept supernatural explanations. If you are still dubious re-read the New Testamant and it'll jump out at you. GTG God bless.
