- Regular exersize
- Stress reduction (lifestyle as well as lots of prayer / meditation)
- Regular small meals, rather than large irregular meals and long periods of starvation in between (starvation = without food for 5+ hours)
- Lots of fish, organic fruit / vegetables (especially green leafy ones, though cruciferous veg should not be eaten raw), nuts (especially brazil nuts, but not peanuts), wholemeal bread / pasta (but keep gluten to minimum) and low fat dairy
- Organic apple cider vinegar. I agree with Jaymark on this and it is worth doing more research as I think that ACV is unlike other vinegars which are acid in nature. ACV turns alkaline in the body. The common modern diet is made up of a large proportion of high acid foods – which can be the cause many illnesses
- Thyroid supplements
