Did anyone figure what spirits are the ones that sit on people's heads? I'm still tryin to pin point it. I wanna start drawing these visions I get. I broke out the sketch book again. Tryin to build the skills. Music is on the back burner. In to art these days and I want to be able to draw these things that happen. Spiritual truths in art. Attachments:

thats awsome i wish i could draw the stuff i see lol. i cant even do stick people well. but a few weeks ago i watched an HG vid that mentioned a word in the Bible that was translated screech owl in one version of Isaiah but in the concordence it was the name of a spirit of some kind and they went with the non spiritual translation (youd think Bible translators would maybe go with the spiritual one but what are you gona do) anyway looking at that id made me think owl which reminded me of the screech owl vid. and that makes me think that somewhere the Hebrews knew all kinds of stuff about spiritual beings of all kinds from back in the days when most people werent so fully carnal as i am lol. idk if theres anything to build on there but just passing the thought along:)

Naw... dont. Exodus 20:4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,..."
When seeing all these spirits was new to me... I spent an art session creating a digital piece of one I saw really well. When I was done I was so proud because i nailed it... But then I showed my husband and he said I had to destroy it... He felt evil on it n then I found that scripture n it made sense.
There's really no value in fleshing them out... The horror peeps are pretty good at it, lol. But seriously... I think when we see them we have authority over them, so we jus turn them over to Him n it's a done deal. To hang on their image is a doorway from my experience.
It's interesting how that scripture goes both ways tho' n we can see that when peeps make icons... Stuff to venerate...kiss, parade n pray to.

Yeah, I know what you mean, F1. I felt the same way before. I have done my share of throwing my art stuff away too. I'm not sure anymore. I mean if one senses a sure presence following something around then ya I would would toss it. But a lot of the OT is up for debate. All Scripture is useful...yes, but we gotta be sure what we say isn't law a make sure it's from the grace and wisdom side of things. Cuz we can take it to the extreme and not even paint birds in the air! I gotta find the right and excellent view on these and other things.

I don't think you should draw the spiritual dreams or spirit images you see or dream about. I've had a few experiences that have lead me to clean those kinds of images (especially like the one posted above)out of my home and my things and the things of my children. Those things bite.

I also would advise avoiding visual representation of these spirits (demons). While it is important to know about them in order to deal with them (i.e. get rid of them), it is better to focus on God and His Kingdom of light – which the enemy is often attempting to draw our attention away from. As a Christian and one with an arts background myself, I always think that it's worth asking the question whether any art / visual work glorifies God and is useful in furthering His Kingdom. It's just not worth the risk anyhow - I believe anyway.
It's interesting that Jesus has often been depicted with a dove on / above his head ('and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove' Lk 3 v22) in art and that the enemy often tries to copy the things of God - right? Just a thought.lynnaquilina.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/baptism-of-christ.jpg
