broke through a layer of shyness

i was getting some tacos today and i say a woman with a sign asking for money. i always try to give people something if i have it because i don't truly know why they are there but i know that if i help I've held up my end even if they misuse the money. but today i felt moved that i awta make it plain that I'm giving her some help because Jesus loves her. so i drove over and handed her a 5 and said I'm helping you because Jesus loves you. you could see the joy on her face and i was uplifted for hours just from the joy of doing some kind small thing and giving Jesus the credit. joy is a great reward:)

I need to go into the city I guess. I never ever see homeless or needy people here in rural Japan.

it is good to to that cat, but i think you can do something wherever you are. I have always struggled to reach out to people whether i know them or not. so on my end its a big deal every time i do reach out and show Jesus love and speak His name. but its hard to tell why this is so difficult because it always results in me being very excited and happy lol
