We live in the country N so predators are always a concern...in this dream there was a giant black wolf hunting a sheep (we don't own sheep IRL). I shout something so the wolf knows I'm there but know I can't really come against this thing. The wolf continues forward and the sheep is unawares. A big white playful and 'stupid' doodle dog is running around the yard. It runs to and fro and has no concern for the wolf (I figure because the dog is nearly as big as the wolf). The wolf continues to creep fwd and the doodle dog even entertains to play with the wolf, trying to egg it on...all the while ignoring the sheep! (I'm like, "oh you dumb, dumb dog!") The wolf gets to a sheep and the moment it does a very small but persistent dog jumps up and clings to the wolf's throat. It viciously contends and won't let go. EOD
