An interpreter is a vessel... the go-between. Not the one with the brilliant ideas, speech.... just the presenter. Interpreters don't wear crazy clothes or draw attention to themselves. They are sensitive to the leading of speaker... even speaking to the speaker to gain further clarity before releasing the message to the people in the language they can understand. Only delivering the precise message is paramount... no more, no less. If we interpret for a King, what we speak forth produces action (law; even life or death). An interpreter has access and privilege because they are always with the important person. (dining, accommodation, bodyguards etc.) A prayer: Lord God, we thank you that by the baptism in the Holy Spirit, you have filled us with understanding of how to tap into Your heart in all things. We thank You that we are indeed equipped and useful because of Jesus, and that what you share with us is alive and produces effect on earth and in the heavens as we speak it forth; it achieves it's end. Thank You for allowing us to be your vessels; we plead to be worthy ones. Show us where we have embellished or passed over what You've said because we've drawn attention to ourselves. Create in us a clean heart 'O God, that we say only what You say and do only as directed. Thank You for the privilege and favor afforded us in Your presence... for the canopy and protection when we are with You... keep us in You Father God, Always! Amen.
